This Certification is one of the most desired ‘Employer-of-Choice’ recognitions in the industry. This recognizes Ecoclean’s focus on delivering excellent employee experience and creating a sustainable work culture.
As an employer, Ecoclean’s aim to create a sustainable workplace has always been a priority. Ecoclean has created a variety of programs to embed the open-minded culture and ensure that all its employees have an equal opportunity to contribute and well appreciated. This Certification is one of the most prestigious achievements for any organization across the globe. This Certification is recognized the world over by employees and employers alike and is considered the ‘Gold Standard’ in identifying and recognizing Great Workplace Cultures. Every year, more than 10,000 organizations across 60 countries apply to get Great Place to Work® certified.
It is the only recognition based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience – specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace.
Assessment and Certification process:
For any organization to get certified, 70% or more of its employee respondents should rate the organization as a great workplace by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Institute.
The certification is based on extensive ratings collected confidentially from Ecoclean employees. The survey began from 14th Aug until 17th Aug 2021. This 15 minutes survey gathered responses of employee perceptions of our workplace environment and other benchmarks.
We are delighted to share that, there was 100% participation from Ecoclean India employees in this survey campaign. And the honest feedback speaks the truth about Ecoclean’s work culture, resulting in this certification.
