MicroQuick Particle Scanner – Ultra-Fast Particle Scanner for parts cleanliness testing

Measurement of residual particulate contamination on components is increasingly becoming a requirement for manufactures. These measurements can predict future component reliability, warranty and provide conformance to customer cleanliness specifications and monitor the performance of current component cleaning processes.

Along with this, the manufacturers have a stringent requirement of cleanliness in accordance with several standards such as ISO 16232 and VDA 19. Thus, it is essential to analyze particle data and ensure to deliver high-quality products to the customer.

We provide both the Particle Scanner and the Cleanliness Analysis service which is required for determining the technical cleanliness of the components in accordance with inspection standards ISO 16232 and VDA 19.

Industry approved standard for simple Particle Analysis

Particle Scanner is a high resolution scanner which measures quantity, shape, size and reflection of residual contaminant particles. It scans in reflected and transmitted light and reports are generated through software for analyzed component cleanliness.

Our MicroQuick particle scanner was compared with various light microscopes & qualified positively in the round robin tests of the working groups VDA – 19 and ISO – 16323. Consequently, Scanner technology is considered equal & approved for standard analysis according to VDA – (2015) and ISO – 16232 (2018).
