Ecoclean India certified as Great Place to Work® for second consecutive year!
In the category of small organizations, Ecoclean is proud to be certified as “Great Place to Work®” for second time in a row. This certification honors Ecoclean’s consistent and high-performance work culture.
Pune: This year again, Ecoclean, a subsidiary of SBS Ecoclean Group, has been certified as Great Place to Work® in India. This certification recognises Ecoclean’s sustainable efforts of creating a great workplace culture.
The certification purely demonstrates employees experience which make company a great workplace. The experience is evaluated from results of Trust Index Survey and Culture Audit. The Trust Index is assessed through a confendential employee survey whereas Culture Audit assesses the policies, innovation practices, financial growth, leadership effectiveness etc.
Honest and active participation from the Ecoclean employees were crucial during the certification process. The employee responses were measured against benchmarks such as, Credibilty, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.
Interestingly, the percentage of positive responses received from Ecoclean employees is higher than the average response across all companies studied by GPTW institute.
