Experience the cleaning technology

Experience our well-equipped Technology Centre and laboratory in Pune, India. Since its inception in 2013, the aim of the Technology Centre is to provide a first-hand customer experience in conducting trials on parts and experiencing cleaning results close to production conditions, even before the buying decision.
No matter if it is a water or solvent-based cleaning system, ultrasonic (US), injection flood wash (IFW), immersion or spray cleaning, vapour degreasing, hot-air or vacuum drying – all cleaning, drying systems can be experienced in our Test Centre.
We run the trials on the state-of-the-art cleaning and drying technologies simulating real production conditions – all Made in India machines, to find the most suitable solution which can give optimum cleaning results as per cleanliness requirement. Technical cleanliness for industrial equipment requires high quality and precision, which all our machines abide to deliver.
The full-fledged facility has successfully conducted more than 380 trials for various customers since its inception.

Analyze Technical Cleanliness

Apart from the latest cleaning machines, the centre also houses a fully equipped cleanliness testing laboratory. This is one of its kind in India with the spray and ultrasonic millipore testing equipment, particle size measurement with an automated microscope and Ultra-Fast Particle Scanner. Our laboratory is also prepared to analyze water quality evaluations for precision cleaning requirements.

This laboratory plays a key role in analyzing technical cleanliness for the parts in accordance with ISO – 16232 or VDA – 19 standards using different cleaning technologies.

Cleaning trials on water-based Universal 81W and hydrocarbon-based Universal 81C machines
Technical Cleanliness analysis and testing (VDA – 19 / ISO – 16232)
Gravimetry test, also known as Millipore test, is conducted and results are measured in accordance to VDA – 19 and ISO – 16232 inspection standards
