EcoCtrapid – Conveyor Type Robot Cleaning Machine

The EcoCrapid is a conveyor-based washer equipped with fixtures on its indexing conveyor. The indexing conveyor facilitate the transfer of components through various stages, including spray cleaning, compressed air drying, and unloading. This system effectively removes residual contaminants like oil, emulsion, chips, and general dirt commonly found in production environments.

Process

  • Loading: Component loaded onto the pallets which are fixed on conveyor. These components are carried through indexing conveyor for cleaning and drying.
  • Robot Spray Cleaning: Robot mounted on top sprays cleaning media on the surface from all sides as well as into the intrinsic holes. Pressure and temperature are controlled to 20 bar and 55±5°C respectively.
  • Robotic Compressed Air Drying: The component then transferred to Compressed Air Drying zone. Top mounted robot stem blows compressed air all over surface and individual holes at a pressure of 4-6 bar.
  • Unloading: After compressed air drying the components come to the unloading end through idle zone and unloaded manually
