EcoCtram – Trolley in and out cleaning machine

EcoCtram is a cost-effective robotic single stage-cleaning machine featuring compressed air and hot air drying, suitable for various type of cleaning application. This system with a front-load batch-type concept efficiently removes contaminants such as oil, emulsion, chips, and general dirt commonly found in production environments.

Process

Loading: Component loaded onto pallets is carried through the end of the conveyor for further processing. A pneumatic pusher transfers the component to a lifting/lowering arrangement and loaded on the trolley pallet. The trolley with component moves inside the chamber.
Robot Spray Cleaning: Cleaning media is sprayed onto the component using robot. The component is rotated by roll cage for uniform cleaning. Pressure and temperature are controlled to 20 bar and 55±5°C respectively.
Robotic Compressed Air Drying Zone: The component is rotated by roll cage and drying is done using Compressed air drying at 4-6 bar. Cleaned component moved to an intermediate zone, then to a hot air-drying zone
Hot Air Drying Zone: Components receive hot air blown over them through roll cage rotation of the component for preset time
Unloading: Pneumatic lifting/lowering stations facilitate loading and unloading, ensuring smooth transitions between conveyor systems.
