Belt Washer - Conveyorized Spray Cleaning Solution

Components go through a multi-step cleaning process:

  1. Loading Zone: Components are loaded onto a conveyor manually and pushed into the main chamber.
  2. Spray Cleaning Zone: Hot cleaning liquid is sprayed onto components using stainless steel nozzles from top, bottom, and sides. Pressure and temperature are controlled.
  3. Compressed Air Drying Zone: Components are dried with compressed air from fixed ring trees, followed by angular nozzles for complete coverage.
  4. Hot Air Drying Zone: Components receive hot air blown over them from a top-positioned blower, ensuring thorough drying.
  5. Unloading: Components are manually unloaded after passing through an idle zone.
