Ecoclean Machines Private Limited, part of SBS Ecoclean Group (formerly known as Dürr Ecoclean), develops and markets products, systems and service solutions for industrial cleaning technology and water-based surface treatment. Our technology and service are trusted by our customers from the automotive industry and their suppliers as well as customers from the broad industrial market – from manufacturers of parts and components for medical and optical technology to the aircraft industry.
Ecoclean India with Head Office, Factory and Technology Centre in Pune has its sales and service network spread all over India to cater the customers’ parts cleaning needs. A strong workforce, with a backbone of the German Centres of Competence, helps provide optimum cleaning solutions which include spray cleaning, aqueous-based cleaning, solvent-based cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, single chamber multi-process and customized machines.

2006
Inception of active sales in India
Inception of active sales in India. With the aim for industrial technologies global expansion, Dürr Ecoclean brought its advanced industrial cleaning technology to the Indian market.
2007
Office in Pune – Manufacturing of 81W in India
Dürr Ecoclean is expanding its activities in the field of industrial cleaning technology in India with an own site in Pune. The main focus of the production program is on industrial cleaning systems for automotive and industrial customers. India sets start with the manufacturing of first “Made in India” machine Universal 81W, that serves regional industrial demands.
2008
Regional sales offices in Noida and Bangalore
Dürr Ecoclean expands its sales network in India with regional sales offices in Noida and Bangalore covering North to South.
2009
Regional service office in Chennai
With the increasing demands Pan India and a good response to Dürr Ecoclean’s latest industrial cleaning technology, the company expands further with a service office in Chennai to meet customer needs.
2010
First spares warehouse in India
With a vision to serve better and faster, Dürr Ecoclean opens up its first spares warehouse in India. The ready spares stock offers the best services and replacements if any.
2011
Regional service office in Noida
With growing demands Pan India and a great response to the industrial cleaning technology, Dürr Ecoclean forms further with a regional office in Noida.
2012
First export of “Made in India” machine
The excellent efficiency and cost-effectiveness of component cleaning machines manufactured in India, resulted in us delivering some projects outside India since 2012.
2013
Inception of a well-equipped Technology Centre and laboratory in Pune
The aim of the Technology Centre is to provide first-hand customer experience in conducting trials on parts and experiencing cleaning results close to production conditions, even before the buying decision. The full-fledged facility has successfully conducted more than 380 trials for various customers since its inception and counting more.
2014
Manufactured the first “Made in India” Minio 85C
The solvent-based compact industrial parts cleaning machine, Minio 85 C is a compact and economical solution. A powerful machine with smaller footprints, Minio 85C is a Made in India premium degreaser machine that can offer services for both small scale plants to decentralized large scale plants as well.
2015
Manufactured the first “Made in India” Universal 81C
With the rising demands of high-quality standards in industrial processes, Ecolean India offers new dimension solvent-based industrial cleaning machine ‘Universal 81C’ that are “made in India”.
Universal 81C, solvent-based components cleaning machine is ideal for meeting the requirements expected in modern manufacturing processes with regards to quality and functionality. Universal 81C comes with many hydrocarbon cleaning process alternatives using hot/cold immersions downline and vapour degreasers.
2016
10 years of its existence in India, 100th “Made in India” machine sold.
Within its 10th year of Dürr Ecoclean in India, the company achieves another tremendous milestone in its ever-growing journey: 100 “Made in India” machines are sold.
2017
Official launch of new brand
Dürr Ecoclean becomes Ecoclean. Official Launch of the SBS Ecoclean Group with a fresh new corporate design and large scale marketing plans.
2018
Launch of Ecoclean’s New Facility in Pune
Through the SBS Ecoclean Group, Ecoclean in Pune became an independent entity and started its own local production of machines under the supervision of the Centres of Competence in Germany. The company changed also its address, moving to a new facility with more space and better infrastructure for production and office.
2019
ISO 9001:2015 Certification Launch of Ultra-Fast Particle Scanner
In this year, Ecoclean achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification and introduced the Ultra-Fast “MicroQuick Particle Scanner” for parts cleanliness testing.
2020
Completed a turnkey project for one of the leading Auto OEM in India
Ecoclean achieved a significant milestone by delivering a comprehensive turnkey project for a renowned automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based in India. This successful project completion showcased our expertise and commitment to providing holistic and efficient solutions in the automotive sector.
2021
Localization of EcoCmax machine – highest standard in water-based technology
The EcoCmax machine, featuring a single-chamber aqueous cleaning solution, adapts a 3-stage cleaning process. Its superior treatment performance aligns consistently with ISO 16232 / VDA 19 standards.
2022
Sale of 200th “Made-in-India” machine
Ecoclean achieved a significant milestone by selling its 200th ‘Made in India’ machine, marking a remarkable achievement in production and sales.
2023
Inauguration of new & bigger manufacturing plant in Pune, India
In a move to expand its operations and enhance production efficiency, Ecoclean India has shifted its office and factory to a new location in Bhosari, Pune.
The state-of-the-art facility boasts cutting-edge technology and modern amenities, positioning the company for continued growth and success. The new facility spans over 22,000 square feet and includes advanced equipment for industrial parts cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and surface treatment solutions.

Mangesh Agarwal has been with Ecoclean for more than 13 years. In 2009, he joined India team as General Manager. Since, 2018 Mangesh Agarwal is the Managing Director of Ecoclean Machines Private Limited.

Declaration on export restrictions
Ecoclean India has ordered parts from your company that will be delivered to a final destination country outside the EU, and may therefore be subject to export restrictions. Please fill out and sign the questionnaire and send it back to the Purchasing department together with the order confirmation.
Employee rights
The contractor hereby irrevocably undertakes to comply with the aforementioned employee protection rights applicable under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
